I recenly found an amazing book at the Bodhi Tree, with the interesting title "ZEN-Yoga", a subject I am quite interested in. I grabbed it and imagine my surprise when flipping from the back, I found 25 Wortmann diagrams as the last item, and with unbelievable one line descriptions.

For anyone not familiar with Wortmann's work, we are working with his family to have it translated from the German, please see
http://www.glassbeadgame.com
about half way down the page and follow these link to see samples of his amazing Saced Geometry diagrams:

The captions to the diagrams in Zen-Yoga give a new meaning to Wortmann's work, and a meaning along the line that I have most felt missing in the sacred geometry/cosmology work, that with consciousness, and its direct functioning in the psycho-physiological mechanism of the body.

Here are a few tantalizing descriptions from some of the diagrams which are shown at the link above, I have market in ( )what diagram titles those in the book are similar to.

1. (Similar to Katharsis) The rising of the Kundalini in the Spinal Chord (as seen through esoteric X-Rays of Tontgen Laboratories) during deep meditation as explained in this book.

2.The anatomical brain reconstructed as a Computer kybernetically co-ordinating the Centres.

4. The brain as a pivot of the seven channels lending to it from the Centres. Mandala of the Esoteric Sciences.

9. Psychocybernetics of the 7 Centers.

10. The principal Three Centres working in cosmic harmony with the Phases of the Moon.

11. Travels with the Astral Body to other Galaxies.

12. The three principal Centres in psycho-cybernetic Regulation with each other. {This one has our dear 47th Problem & Squaring the Circle as the diagrams.}

13. The "Milky Way" seen as an exact Replica of psycho-astrological Meridian Points in the brain.

14. A Centre converging with a Chakra of the Kundalini.

15. (Same as The Flourishing Sky) The Third Chakra of the Kundalini as seen in an Astral Body.

17. The complete astral body as seen during a Zenoga meditation as described in this book.

18. (Variation of Water Jug) The Mental Body

19. (The Chalice or Holy Grail diagram) All three bodies combined - DHARMAKAYA.

20. The central Star as the macrocosmic Centre co-ordinating the micro-cosmic Centres.

21. {This is the one on the top of the GBG website www.glassbeadgame.com} Man in cosmos: seen as the middle point of co-ordinated astral influences - the Most Primary Horoscope of Man's History on this Planet. Similar to "Law of The Cosmos".{Notice that W's title is the "First Horoscope"}

22. The internal astro-geometric construction of a Chakra.

23. (The Water Jug) Geometrical proportions of the Astral Body & its Chakras.

25. (Variation of Cycle of Time) The Mandala of the Expanding Universe.

That should give everyopne a sense of how interesting this book is and how important Wortmann's work is. The author was educated in Germany and England, though from India, and supposedly studied with Heidegger, Radhakrishnan & Huxley, but has published in German, so very likely could have known Wortmann Perhaps the information was passed to him privately?? He has a detailed 12 page bibliography, filled with books in German and English, but no mention of Wortmann, and no Wortmann in the detailed index. Strange, almost as if he was not supposed to say anything, more of the mystery surrounding this greatest of cosmological masters!

The book was published by Motilal Banarsidass 1st in 1976, 2nd 1991, which is good because I know the publishers at MLBD through the Vedic math books we publish, which they will also be publishing in India. I will see if I can track down the author, or if anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I will order copies of the current printing from India and add them to the catalog.

The author seems like quite an advanced yogi/guru. His title above his name, P. J. Saher, is "Paramahamsa Jivanmukti Mahabodhisattva", no trite honorarium, and it is said "he is the guru of many eminent statesmen, bankers, poets, and film stars whom he guides in the interests of World Peace." And the book looks GREAT!!!!!

The content is like Franz Bardon's Magical work with brain research and emptiness/Kundalini meditation from advanced Buddhism, with sacred geometry and cosmology defining the whole thing, using Wortmann's diagrams.

This is someone who obviously very familiar with W's work and understands some of the most subtle and important points of the interpretation. I have learned that the author is no longer living so now it is a hunt in a haystack for his estate, students or associates. Any help would be welcome.

So now we have a description of the whole psycho-spiritual system and a free energy device both in Wortmann, which is a translation out of Plato's Timeaus/Republic. Not bad!! I always knew the Wortmann material was essential. If there are any German translators out there who would like to offer their help in translating this important work into English, plese contact me.
