In Divine Order
By direct inner dimensional link, Co-Creative instructions are passed down from the Creators to their Creator Son/Daughters projected into their Local Universes of the Seventh Dimension.
From the Creator Son/Daughters the information is passed down through the six dimensional action of Triumvant Voronandek Sons at the centers of galaxies, to Lanonandek Sons in the fifth dimension who administer the various local solar system groups under their command.
From the Lanonandek Sons the instructions are passed down to second level fifth dimensional Lanonandek Sons who are the Planetary Princes of the Planets within the solar systems of the local command.
The Planetary Princes are not the Triune Male/Female Soul Mate Atoms for whom the visible presence we see and call the planet is their outer projection. Solar and Planet Triune Soul Atom pairs are from higher attributed Whole Soul Atoms who have projected directly down through the eight dimension from amongst the Whole Soul Atoms populating the main stay of the Inner Creation.
Planetary Princes are Soul Atoms who have come into a Local Universe through the action of the Melchizedek Father of the Local Universe involved, and have been assigned under the administrative direction of the Creator Son/Daughters. The Planetary Princes administer the populous affairs of a planet at its fifth dimensionality.
Because free will is a standard right for all Consciousness in all Creation regardless of frequency, a slight uncertainty exists in the handling of the through put. In which not all outcomes can be predicted with absolute certainty, not even to the highest of the Co-Creative engineers. Therefore some conduct anomalies in the lower administrative chains of command can and do occur.
Regression among the ranks is not outright unprecedented in Creation. Just highly uncommon. Outright rebellion among the ranks is nearly completely unprecedented. The Lucifer rebellion involved an uncommon factor yet again, for having an X-factor in the frequency mix not previously known in Creation.
Universally throughout the Universe of Universes, Life is governed by the Law of One, or One Law. The law is manifested in consciousness throughout all of Creation according to the Order of Melchizedek. Melchizedek is the super high frequency motivation to be of love and service to the Creation for the Creators in all thought, word, and deed. Which is both blueprinted for a Creation, and implemented by, Melchizedek Beings.
Therefore 'order' is not in 'as in a group', but as in, 'conduct'. As in consciousness conducted according to rule. As in manifesting righteously according to properly matrixed blueprints.
All Christ beings are Melchizedek in frequency. 'I sweareth and will not repent, Christ is forever a Priest of the Order of Melchizedek'. Clearly then, the 'Order of Melchizedek' is not an Earth order.
Melchizedeks are a specialized dispensation of Descending Christ Beings, called Melchizedeks because of the pure dispensated level of the Melchizedek Principle they embody. When necessary, some will project down into the blueprinted creations as engineers to assure that all goes well in the setting up of the blueprints, and for the supervising of them to unfold according to the plan.
A Melchizedek teaching was set up at the time of Abraham. Proper higher consciousness awareness all but forsaken at the time.
The teacher, in the Old Testament called the Melchizedek King, was granted special dispensation to form an Earth plane projection outside of the normal incarnating birth process. For having projected into the time line out of sorts, the Ovarian Soul Atom pair comprising this particular Melchizedek Being is now permanently participating in the Ascending evolution experience.
The teachings eventually spread across the mountains into India and China. In the Old Testament, the Melchizedek King rode beside Abraham on the field of battle, helped him win his battles and collected ten percent of the spoils. In the ancient Hindu Vedic scriptures, Krishna rode beside Arjuna on the field of battle, helped him win his battles and collected ten percent of the spoils. Similar storied remnants remain in the earliest Chinese teachings preceding Confucius and Tao.
There are now well over two thousand Melchizedek Groups and Orders around the planet. All are Earth orders from religious precepts. The Alpha and Omega Order of Melchizedek (General Etheric Order of Melchizedek) is exception, now back in the higher dimensions.
The untoward new frequency mix which uniquely characterizes this Local Universe, is an outcome of the simple fact that the seven original Super Universes were all created in turn. Following one another in the same sequence as the days of creation.
The first created Super Universe therefore had the attribute of Intelligence. Meaning that while Triune, it was matrixed slightly high on the side of Intelligence and Will. Known as a Cosmic Overplus.
This particular Local Universe, while full Triune Triune for being in the seventh Super Universe expression, was also given an Overplus attribute. Part and parcel of things to come.
In mind's eye, were a circle of Intelligence to be fitted around the cubit of fig. 6, an Overplus would arbitrarily be depicted to exist.
In fig. 6, the vertical components of the Cross of Power also forms an X. Called the X-factor. Were the arms of the rods extended to the Overplus, a newly generated power in the X-factor would result. What the full nature of the new power is, is somewhat unknown because an Over Plus attribute upon a Triune Triune matrix has never occurred before in Creation. Therefore the new power is also known as the 'unknown power of the X'.
Therefore, as part and parcel of this Local Universe expression, an unknown power of the X does exist in which not all outcomes are predictable within standard expected guidelines. For example, a previous minor regressive disturbance occurred in the Draconian sector. The rebellion eventually ran its course and the relic vestiges are among those in the Earth plane incarnate who are starting their paths back towards final redemption as some of the Dragon which was swept into the Earth.
Similarly the current Adamics, who had a passing through the sector, hold the Dragon as a principle spiritual identity.
More recently, in Orion, a few particles of the Creators tried to set themselves above everyone else and created a dust up which was felt all the way through the whole Local Universe.
Lucifer was a Lanonandek Son, the fifth dimensional projection of a Male/Female Descendant Being working as a male component. Lucifer was endowed somewhat higher on the Intelligence side in order to work uniquely with the Overplus factor.
Lucifer's was the responsibility to administration our local group of a thousand solar systems headquartered in Orion. This included the proper handling of the higher dimensional down-coming energies from Christ Michael through the three Voronandek Sons at the center of the Galaxy. Through him the energies were then passed down to the Planetary Princes in the local solar systems under his jurisdiction for evolution and expansion.
Likewise, the returning purified radiations from the Creation under him and back to the Creators for their glorification were through him as channel.
Un-apprised of the whole big picture, but through his enhanced intellectual prowess, Lucifer nonetheless became aware of the exceptional Overplus energies around him on his own and began to propose innovative and novel uses of its potentials.
In particular he thought that the evolutionary processes for Ascending consciousness could be speeded up by lowering it into the substrata. He also deemed it unfair that Descendant beings do not evolve like the Ascendant evolution. He mapped out a complete formula for the decent of the evolution into a time line. He also mapped out a complete formula for the evolution of the Descendancy in general, likewise involving projecting them into a time line.
Time lines are not of themselves a substrata fact of physics. When the matrixes for a lower evolution are precipitated within the substrata then conditions are ripe for the existence of a time. A time line actually only comes into existence when higher consciousness also projects into the lower evolutional matrixes. Time comes into the awareness of the consciousness when the consciousness becomes bonded to the constraints of the substrata. When there are no higher consciousnesses in the substrata there is no time.
Like a tree that falls in an empty forest, air wave perturbations are set in motion but there is no 'sound' which needs a perceiver. The constant propagation of electromagnetic matter substance is an actual fact of the substrata. But it stands devoid of units.
The speed of light only becomes a matter of distance per unit time when someone constructs that thought about it in their outer consciousness matrix awareness. And it only exists as that thought in that consciousness when that consciousness has become brought to the point of awareness of it as an observer. Or has been taught to accept it by dictum. Someone who has never been taught the so called laws of physics has little innate way of knowing this, nor would they have any natural predisposition to. What do the young know of time.
A fifth dimensional being looking into a time line sees the present now, and sees a bit ahead and a bit behind in the same view. A seventh dimensional being looking into a time line sees the whole thing front to back as a single event. In a somewhat fanciful example, we see Santa Clause delivering toys to every single child on the planet in a single night. In that respect we are like a seventh dimensional observer. Riding around with Santa in his sleigh would be in the time line.
In short, the passage of time is only a phenomenon of lower consciousness, limited to the substrata. In a very real sense, time is consciousness and consciousness is time and only in the substrata. Without consciousness there is no time. The compelling sense of time awareness to you stuck in the substrata is strictly because your higher consciousness sensitivity of your eternal being reflects hard against the physical limitation of the substrata radiation, predisposing a perception in your consciousness as that called time. Animals do not have an eternal dweld, so animals know nothing about today from tomorrow.
Lucifer had observed a questionable parallel between the first three octaves of the substrata and the Trinity existence of the Seventh Dimension. Observing that the first three octaves (the first twenty one levels of the astral planes) were Intelligence (1-7), Energy (8-14), and Substance (15-21), he perceived that the collected equality of the octaves were not unlike the equality of the Triune.
He envisioned therefore that subjecting consciousness to the quasi Trinity aspects of the lower levels could help predispose acclimatization to the full Trinity aspect at a more optimum rate. Like a warm up exercise.
He also figured that by subjecting the consciousnesses to the rigors of the more primordial forces of the substrata, the higher conscious matrixes would be forced to help matriculate the outer consciousness matrixing faster else the turbulent forces would threaten dispersement of the outer matrixes. This would speed up the whole initial stages of the evolutionary process. In his suppositions at least.
He also believed that by subjecting the Descendancy to the same conditions, the same quicker process of matriculation through the lower frequencies would reflect back upon their upper matrixes. Thus they would therefore become consequently hooked up into a new evolutionary expansion track in quick order.
Told that his ideas would work to a point in the short term, but would short circuit against the long term blueprints of things already in the works and yet to come, and in particular against those things of which he was not fully privy to understand, he was advised not to proceed. A matter of faith.
Completely compelled by the intrigue of his own innovations, and not one to stand well on ceremony, he began to experiment anyway in ways which were not duly sanctified and which were not in harmony with the original engineered blue prints.
He also tried to set up a direct link with the Creators attempting to bypass Christ Michael whom he considered self appointed.
When all his bypassing efforts produced but an empty phone, and the forewarned short circuits against the blue print manifestations began to become evident, rather than accept full responsibility for his miscreations Lucifer rebuked it all in a fall of pride.
In a miscreant of Reality he declared that the consequences of his effects upon the greater laid plans were not a reality because the notion of greater laid plans was but fabrication.
More specifically he disclaimed the hierarchy above him. Declaring that all above were self appointed and that the universe was itself made. In particular he argued that Energy ran free in the Even Pool and was therefore free for the taking. He also therefore declared that everyone was free to do with the potentials as they saw fit.
He misconstrued it all into a rebellious manifesto of self centered free will, known officially as 'The Luciferion Rebellion of the Cosmic Overplus'. Lucifer's manifesto forsook Christ centered Will, Desire, and Action to love and serve the Creation for the Creators in complete Melchizedek co-creative Christ responsibility, and replaced it with a policy of self servance. Which through the ensuing polarity misalignment quickly deteriorated into complete ego centricity.
As the rebellion began to spread, the higher dimensional down-coming energies quickly became turbulent as the consciousness controls upon them started to go amiss. The waters muddied considerably when Satanuk, a Third level Lanonandek Son in training, became ambassador and took the manifesto to the Planets.
Being the channel through which the harmonious upward flowing energies from the Creation under his command were being passed to on High, Lucifer took the full brunt of the unharmonious static energies which started flowing back from the dischordancy he had created in the lower dimensions under him in the wake.
Thus in the folly of things done outside faith, Lucifer has paid the price. Once a being of great Radiant light, he is now little more than static electricity. Sitting in solitary confinement, he shares the same fate as all who participated in the outright abrogation of the Law and awaits for the call to redemption to come once things have settled back down enough to handle the particularly nature of his frequencies. 'Alas poor Lucifer, how you have fallen'.
The fatal flaw in Lucifer's thinking was a simple one. He did not understand well enough the role of the higher Soul Atom in governing the consciousnesses of the matrixes of beings in projection.
He had taken the presence of the higher matrixing factor as a given. He therefore took it also as a given that any consciousness matrix under the conditions of, for example a projection into a time line, would have to promote matriculation appropriately as he had envisioned or suffer the loss of the projection.
Given what he needed to know to do his job according to his ordainment, he had been partially right in this assessment. Because of initial attributation, the Intelligence factor of the Soul Atom is always 'on' in full capacity from the top projectional levels all the way down to any current projection. Whatever the frequency. In other words the Higher Intelligence factor of any projection in any projectional level is always 'on' full throttle.
The Substance factor creating the projectional materializations of the projection is always fully 'on' too, in given conjunction with the Intelligence factor through the balance of the Christ Energy factor. It was the Christ Energy factor that was the problem.
In the Descendancy, the Christ Energy Factor is, 'as is', in accordance with the attributed ordainment and current projectional assignment. Under normal circumstances the upper and outer projectional matrixes are all but the same. In the Ascendancy, the outer Christ Energy factor at any stage is according to the current level of attainment, with the upper always remaining on top as the goal or motive to attain towards in faith as a proper progressive upward pull of spiritual polarity.
The fifth dimension, where evolution begins, is Intelligence and Substance. It is lower in the attribute of Energy in order that the evolution therefore experiences the maximum differential between themselves and their upper consciousness matrix as the most positive possible upward motiv-ator in the matter of faith.
Therefore, being in an existence plane where the Energy factor is somewhat stepped down by design, Lucifer took the Christ energy factor to be a ho hum matter and assumed that what was therefore as such present was also therefore an automatic given.
What he didn't realize was that it is one hundred percent the privy of the Soul Atom in any projection at any level in any dimension to present to the outer consciousness matrix whatever the upper consciousness matrix deems most appropriate for their work. Or for their level of evolution at that particular point. Or for the greatest good regardless of the sophistication or lack of sophistication of the particular projection. Even for the Descendancy.
The matrix presented is always only whatever is most the appropriate so that your dispensated frequency can accomplish your ordained mandate in your present projectional capacity. 'To each according to what they can bear'. In the Ascendancy in particular it is according to whatever serves best to help them evolve in the most harmonious manner possible to the next level within the situation.
When presenting his ideas to his superiors, the generalities of the short falls of his thinking were pointed out. But Lucifer chose to cold-shoulder the explanation. Calling it part and parcel of lesser thinkers to discourage his forward thinking insights into Creation. So he persisted in his view.
Adamant in his conviction, Lucifer was able to persuade a few within his frequency to go along with the experiments. And despite the very urgent promptings of their Reality Atoms not to proceed, a number of dupes projected down into the substrata anyway. And were instantly hit with a very very hard taste of Reality.
The Reality Soul Atoms, having had to accompany the projections in order for the projections to continue as living beings, even at a basic level, said, 'since this is not a properly sanctified activity, we will therefore not provide fully constituted upper consciousness matrixes'. Providing only sufficient upper consciousness presence for basic life support.
The projections therefore instantly found themselves cut off from all their higher ordainments. And had no way back. The immediate result was psychosis. In the worst case scenarios, all the way to a condition called demonic.
Similarly because the Energy factor was sorely diminished, the materializations were sporadic for lack of sufficient balance factor to handle the Intelligence factor which was always on full bore. Further, because in fact the Intelligence factor did remain on full bore, the beings were immediately attracted into the lower octaves of the astral planes by the attraction of like frequencies.
In particular they were drawn mainly into the first seven levels, or Intelligence octave of the astral planes, those being the frequencies most close in kind to their now severely disrupted matrixes. Because of the imbalance, static energy immediately began to be generated, initiating contamination of the lower levels of the astral planes.
Likewise, the Energy factors were likewise sufficiently absent for the Intelligence factors to act within their normal mandated attribute, namely Positive Will in Co-Creative responsibility. So the Intelligences became subject to the static of their own generating, eventually becoming completely absorptive instead of projective. A condition in which the Intelligence is said to be in a negative state and thus called Negative Intelligence.
These Negative Intelligences or so called fallen ones, also called lower negative intelligences, are now without rudder in the substrata and are dwelling in the first fourth octaves of the astral planes. The most seriously afflicted are all the way down into the first level of the first octave.
Those who aligned with Lucifer but had not projected into the lower substrata, suffered the same instant fate of immediate cessation of their full spiritual modality for the same reason. Namely, the action was not sanctified and therefore their Reality Soul Atoms instantly withheld the main components from their upper consciousnesses matrixes.
Called higher negative intelligences, some of these misanthropes likewise became trapped in the astral realms of the planets on which they were present or had projected. Others roamed the lower frequencies of the fifth dimension throughout the Local Universe in corrupted versions of Radionnic ships until Christ officially put an end to their misguided meanderings two thousand years ago on the mount.
Many have already been permitted to incarnate into the Earth population as part of the swept Dragon, helping swell the population ranks and endeavoring to work their way back through the rebellious contaminants afflicting their expression. Many of you who rebel against the authorities of today are from that group, and are reflecting your original condition of rebellion against the authority of Reality rather aptly as terrorists.
Others, like those in the tin pots in quarantine around Earth, await a window for redemption.
In the changes that Armageddon is bringing, and the chance for redemption being offered to all regardless of frequency or severity of condition, the Reality Soul Atoms of all those involved are now offering each a chance to bend their knee to Christ and enter the evolutionary ranks on Earth as incarnating evolutionaries. 'The dragon shall be swept from the heavens and cast into the Earth'.
Thus they will get their wish to evolve. But not as exalted higher Descendant beings in a new experience, rather, joined to the evolutionary Ascendants starting on the way up.
During its brief hurrah the rebellion spread to a total of twenty eight thousand Planets scattered throughout the Local Universe. It could not pass beyond because the configurational differences between Local Universes allows only for the passage of harmonious frequencies.
Similarly the rebellion did not affect anywhere higher then the lower part of the fifth dimension. In any dimension the upper consciousness of any being in projection attunes to the upper half of the dimension. To the degree that it differs from the upper, the outer consciousness attunes to the lower part of the dimension. Since the upper consciousnesses were not involved in the defaults, the upper half of the fifth dimension was not affected.
Similarly only Ascending beings and some types of Celestials were involved. Beyond a certain frequency range of dispensation, the outer action of Celestials are too closely attuned to their upper action to break faith. Melchizedeks and Voronandek Triumvants for example cannot break alignment with their upper Soul Atom self's. Ever.
No matter what the circumstance or situation, no matter what the dimension of projection, no matter what the purpose of the projection, Melchizedeks and Voronandeks are beyond default and likewise all those in ordainment above them.
The effects of the Rebellion were therefore confined strictly to the lower half of the fifth dimension and to the substrata, mostly within the lower frequencies. And comprised the activities and consequences of the strictly outer consciousness aspects of all those involved. Nonetheless some upper fifth dimensional frequencies and some seventh dimensional were also indirectly affected though the returning imbalances. The Rebellion was not without its irritations.
The fall of Man on Earth occurred because the last group of the last evolutionary root race, the Adamics, started to experiment with the alluring substrata ideas suggested by the Luciferion promoters.
This automatically reversed their polarity from the Creators to the Creation, aligning them away from the perfect conditions of their fifth dimensional Earth existence and towards the time line constraints of the fourth. In particular it therefore subjugated them to the animal materialization of the third dimensionality, thus trapping their consciousnesses into the limitations of creature existence and likewise forcing their Reality Atoms to severely scrimp the scope of the upper consciousness matrixes they were providing.
Originally the Root race evolutions had dominion over the animal kingdom as custodians, having little to do with re-establishing the planet's crystallness. The animal world was for helping to restore the frequency of the Planet back to crystalline, having little to do with the Root race evolutions. As a result of the fall, Man is now both responsible for, and subject to, both.
At present it is still in part a result of Man's fall that the Planet's return to crystallness has not proceeded due to course. Similarly it is solely because Man is still currently subject to the Planet's lower frequencies that a beast condition stills persists in their consciousnesses. It is important to remember that the animal kingdom does not have a duly active upper triangle component of consciousness. This distinguishes the difference between the mostly intelligence awareness of animals and the mostly conscious awareness of Man.
Because free will in the Cosmo is sanctimount regardless of frequency or propriety, such rebellions as do occasionally occur are allowed to run uncensored until they either run its course or they reach a stagnant dead end. The Luciferion rebellion had finally reached a torpid state of finality in which no new positive outcomes were likely to occur. So Christ put an official end to it two thousand years ago by decree on the mount.
The thousand or so missmodified Radionnic teleporting ships of the negative who were present around the solar system at the time when the decree went out, were brought inside a zone around Earth as quarantine. Their outward mobility is now all but a few hundred thousand mile radius around the Earth.
The ionization area around the Earth known as the Van Allen Belt contains higher frequency energy controls which prevent the parties in the tin pots from mounting teleportonnic jumps. The quarantine will remain in effect until Earth is once again returned to the Galactic community as a member in good standing.
