Truth of these words can be seen with especial clarity now, when global peace and civilized order is threatened by rise of global terrorism - energies of whose tsunami waves.are feeding on mental disorder resulting from lack of inner coherence of Collective Soul of Humankind which hasn't yet achieved sufficiently close alignment with Divine Plan of Cosmic Evolution.
Spiritual causes of terrorism are perceived by spiritual experts - for example, by founder of Transcendental Meditation Movement Maharishi Mahesh Yogi; - who on 4-th of July 2002 proposed "to kill world terrorism with love" if given $ 1 billion (allegedly needed for training of 40 000 of meditation instructors, educated in the science of "Natural Law - the Constitution of the Universe").
Constructive ideas in this area have also Russian Leading Edge experts in psychotronic research - who have accumulated, in course of intense and dedicated decades'-long explorations, a very considerable amounts of theoretical knowledge & practical know-how concerned with designing & organization of collective technotronically assisted meditations. (First attempts to organize such meditations were undertaken in Russia already in 1920s-30s by director of first in the world government-sponsored psi-research lab Dr. Barchenko: personal friend & "esoteric colleague" of Roerichs; - who allegedly received "telepathic assistance" from Ascended Masters of Shamballa.

Here it may be noted, that each separate fragment of Dr. Sergeyev's technique is perfectly transparent - that is, easily understandable to competent US experts in areas of Inner Space exploration, brain/mind research etc. (as contradistinguished from essentially secretive mystic psychotechnology of Maharishi, based on premises which mustn't be revealed to "non-initiated outsiders"). Who are safeguarding not only treasures of knowledge of Ancient India but also those of Egypt, Atlantis & other long lost supercivilizationa and have access to Cosmic Sources of information). It is justifiable to say that Russian psychotechnological know-how is a result of guided by Higher Powers fusion/crossbreeding between Ancient Wisdom & modern science and technology (it may be remarked here that Dr. Barchenko wrote a work about parallels between Ancient Wisdom and modern science in early '20s - more than 50 years before a similar book was published in the West by F. As considerable number of more qualified Russian psi-researchers had been engaged previously in defence-oriented government-sponsored research projects, it might be more convenient for them to deal with some organized (if even not quite formal) entity - currently the best candidate on US side seems to be Pentagon Meditation Club, reborn on a new basis by dedicated efforts of its founder/President USAF Lt.-Col. (Rt.) Edward E. Winchester. (Here it may be remembered that during most stressful period of "cold war" - from 1968 to 1971 - there did take place sanctioned by Soviet Politbureau scientific contacts between Russian researchers from Dr. Sergeyev's group & their US colleagues.
Now, under enlightened leadership of President Putin, governmental authorization of such contacts will present even less problems.) As a first symbolic (but highly efficient - H. Roerich called symbols "the banners under which are gathering Spirit Warriors") step towards establishment of truly sincere & close cooperation between American & Russian Spiritual Fighters against terrorist plague we propose to organize on 11 September 2002 - 1st anniversary of tragic events in New York & Pentagon - a joint meditation for commemoration of victims of terrorist attacks and strenghtening of national resolve to do everything possible for prevention of such disasters in the future. In order to increase the power of meditational invokation there may be used a very efficient technology which was recommended in books of Roerichs' Teaching (and practically tested many times by Dr. Barchenko & his followers). In # 619 of "Signs of Agni Yoga" by H. Roerich it's said that use of finely tuned & precisely synchronized revolving magnets does greatly increase power of meditational/invokational psi-messages.
Now in the world exist more than half-billion of finely tunable revolving magnets, which may be intersynchronized with any desirable degree of accuracy: those are hard memory disks/winchesters of mass produced personal computers, plugged into Internet (which may be regarded as "homoeopathic variants" of magnetic devices, created by Dr. Sergeyev's group for instant non-interceptible "non-local/torsionic" communication with submerged submarines). Beatles guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi said on Wednesday in a July 4 message to Americans nervous about new September 11-style attacks that he could kill world terrorism with love - but he would need $1 billion to do it. "July 4 could be a great day for freedom," Maharishi, who brought Transcendental Meditation to the West more than 40 years ago and is a spiritual inspiration to some 6 million people worldwide, said in a conference call from the Netherlands.
Maharishi said that with $1 billion he could train 40,000 expert meditators, or "Vedic Pandits", who would generate enough good vibes to save the world. His press office said $85 million toward that goal had already been raised. The guru has largely shunned the public eye for the last 20 years, but is now determined to drum up support for his concept of "Natural Law - the Constitution of the Universe."
"I am setting up groups of knowers of this total knowledge of natural law, here, there and everywhere, particularly large groups in India, which is the seed for total knowledge of natural law," Maharishi said. "I have confidence that India will be the lighthouse for total knowledge. From there this total knowledge will radiate in the whole family of nations ... that would generate a powerful influence of peace that would spread throughout the whole world and neutralise the stress, the hatred and tensions that fuel terrorism and war today."
Maharishi also criticized the US response to terror attacks. "Bush's war on terrorism pushes the world toward destruction," he said. "This promotes the birth of an enemy."
