A few months ago - on 6 April 2000 - notorious but having wide enough
publicity Mr. Zhirinovsky threatened members of PACE conference in
Strasbourg with "magnetic weapons more terrible than nuclear". One more
year back - in Jan. ' 99 - British Association of Science had released
worldwide warning about imminent danger of creation (and possibly use)
of terrible weapons of mass extermination, whose targets will be
vulnerable "death genes" of human genome.
"Concerned scientists" of several advanced countries - including Russia
- had undertaken in this connection extensive investigations; - which
allowed to confirm real character of threat of "genome weapons", capable
to wipe out entire nations & races. Theoretical explorations in the area
of "biogravity communication", - which were carried out in f. USSR by
Dr. Gennady A. Sergeyev in '60s, -have demonstrated possibility of
"resonance influencing" selected loci of genome with specially modulated
"biogravity waves"; - which can be generated by such simple device as
revolving magnet. (Ability of revolving magnets to produce anomalous
effects, - which was mentioned already by M. Faraday, - had been
spectacularly demonstrated in now well-known experiments of Russian
inventor E. Podkletnov: see, e.g., on p. 6 of No. 2172 of "New
Scientist".) Experts in "psychotronic defence" have sufficient reasons
to believe that in the role of powerful generator of precisely modulated
"magnet-generated biogravity waves" might be used Internet (and/or local
computer networks of lesser size); - as hard disks/winchesters of each
plugged into them PC may be regarded as "homoeopathic variant" of using
strong magnets Podkletnov's device.
(There may be developed cost/efficient techniques of precise feedback-
corrected intersynchronization of "biogravity emissions" of large sets
of PC winchesters; - whose use might transform Internet into global-
scale "phased torsionic antenna", which might be exactly aimed at
specific region of Earth or even a selected individuum. Similar
techniques - based on synergetic algorithms of "mastering of vortex
energies' chaos" - have been successfully tested already in '70s by
workers of Montauk Project in USA & researchers of Dr. Sergeyev's group
in USSR.) Now transformation of entire Internet into global-sized
"biogravity genome weapon" can be effectuated by a small group of
competent hackers during few hours (or perhaps even minutes): this may
happen, for example, if they'll make use of ability of DKS project
(mentioned in M. Brooks' article "Global Brain", NS No. 2244) software
to inscribe in a short time millions of PC winchesters of unwitting
Internet subscribers with "cookies" - little strings of data, which
might open entrance to specially cultivated "torsionic virus",
inscribing working surfaces of winchesters with appropriately designed
"fractal magnetic mandalas": patterns of "magnetic pixels", arranged so
as to generate "torsionic/biogravity impulses" of necessary for
influencing "death genes" configurations.
There aren't yet officially known any measuring devices (except,
perhaps, invented by Dr. Sergeyev supersensitive torsionic detector: see
on pp. 340-1 of "Psychic Discoveries" by S. Ostrander & L. Schroeder;
1997) which might be capable to determine whether such "weapons
conversion" of Internet had already taken place; - because skilfully
randomized "stealth use" of a few millions at a time PC winchesters (out
of about half-billion, now plugged into Internet) might not be noticed
by systemic administrators (especially in yet lacking sophistication
Third World countries), - who are keeping watch against different kinds
of viruses. ("Torsionic virus" - like a cautious secret agent - tries to
interfere with normal routines as little as possible). Confronted with
the problem of defence from "Internet-aided biogravity weapons'
attacks", - which they regard as extremely urgent & important, -
competent & socially responsible members of Russian Initiative Group for
the Defence of Earth are proposing to start worldwide Genome Defence
Initiative; - being inspired by example of Spiritual Defence Initiative,
which had been launched by Spiritual Guru of Pentagon Meditation Club
Sri Swami Satchidananda about dozen years ago.
This initiative, - whose essence is transformation of Internet into an
efficient instrument of genome's "morphogenetie defence", capable to
stimulate & enhance natural defensive mechanisms of biological cells, -
can be joined without difficulties by any independent "scientific grass-
roots group", endowed with sufficient understanding of problem, some of
whose members possess necessary computer skills & biological education,
There is no need for large capital investments; - as they've already had
been made by designers of Internet & sponsors of Human Genome Project.
In course of explorations of Dr. Sergeyev's group, - where were used
techniques of "psi-microvision" (similar to those described in S.
Phillips' "ESP of Quarks and Superstrings"), allowing to "see"
intracellular structures, - it was noted, that DNA, exposed to
"biogravity radiations" of harmful to "death genes" frequencies, tended
to coil in such way as to ensure maximal protection of its vulnerable
looi. (These patterns of "protective coiling" can be compared to
inverted schemes of "scalar field generators", mentioned in A.
Michrowski's "Space and Consciousness".)
Such "protective coiling" was more efficient & fast, if DNA was
simultaneously irradiated with biogravity waves, modulated with life-
stimulating patterns of Cosmic Rhythm; - which had been calculated
already in '20s-'30s by Dr. A. Barchenko: director of first in the world
government-sponsored psi-research lab. (Dr. Barchenko was a close friend
& colleague of famous Russian spiritual teachers Nicholas & Helen
Roerich; - in whose teachings the subject of Cosmic Rhythm - which they
describe as "superintelligent Cosmic Entity, maintaining integrity of
Universe & sustaining Life therein," - does assume a prominent place.)
Dr. Barchenko & his followers tried to determine "formula of Cosmic
Rhythm" (which can be compared to "formula of Universal Structure",
realized by Prof. 't Hooft's "universal cellular automaton"), basing on
abstract mathematical (e.g., theoretico-numerical - here may be drawn
parallels to attempts of A. Eddington, W. Pauli, M. Born & other
Founding Fathers of modern scientific paradigm to deduce values of
Universal Constants "out of First Principles*') considerations; - and
also through detailed explorations of patterns of astronomical,
biological & microphysical-level natural objects & systems, Some years
ago there was proposed another promising approach to solution of this
problem.
Numerous researchers were long curious about biological purpose of "junk
DNA", not engaged in protein synthesis; - which comprises about 98% of
entire genome. More detailed explorations of its structure, - which were
started in USSR on theoretical level by H. Volokhonsky in '70s &
continued with the help of sophisticated experimental techniques by P.
Gariayev & colleagues more recently, - helped to discover there "quasi-
musical patterns"; -governed by mathematical laws, similar to those
describing procedures of biological (and also computer) communication,
Thus, it isn't surprising that there was proposed hypothesis, claiming
that "junk DNA" does actually perform even more important function than
part, engaged in protein synthesis (wherein are contained also now known
"death genes"); - being responsible for strict maintenance of "protocols
of quantum non-local communication" with "sister DNA" in cells of the
same organism (as supposes P. Gariayev, many phenomena of organism's -
and especially brain's, as thinks Acad. Kaznacheyev - functioning cannot
be explained without hypothesis of non-local intraorganismic
communication), more distant "DNA cousins" inside other organisms (this
might support R. Dawkins' "selfish gene theory", - providing plausible
enough explanations of natural mechanisms of distant communication
between similar but belonging to different organisms "selfish genes"), -
and natural archetypes/"morphogenetic blueprints" of all biological
forms (which might be called, in context of "family metaphor", "Divine
Father/Mother").
(Thus, - from the viewpoint of this hypothesis, - "junk DNA" might be
compared to those poorly comprehensible to ordinary users of e-mail -
but highly important to "computer police", investigating hackers' crimes
- strings of service symbols which accompany "meaningful" part of e-mail
message.) Here it may be interesting to remark that Archetypal Realm -
"Fiery World", as it is called in Roerichs' teaching - is described in
books of H. Roerich as "consisting of fiery spirals" (somewhat
resembling DNA threads): cf. F. Wilczek's "Masses and Molasses" in NS
No. 2l8l; - where it's said that fiery "post-Big Bang" Universe was
filled with spiral cord-like configurations of crystallizing Higgs
Fields. Some of Russian explorers, who had participated in Dr.
Sergeyev's research & were familiar enough with work of their US
colleagues, compare "ordered chaos" of "junk DNA" to "modulated white
noise", used by workers of Montauk Project for intersynchronization of
sets of torsionic generators.
They think that conversion of "junk DNA code" into "torsionic music"
(which might be done easily enough, inscribing suitably mathematically
processed code onto PC winchester's working surface in the format of
"fractal magnetic mandala/mosaic") might considerably enhance capacity
of biocommunication channels on all levels: from intracellular to
interpopulational (including telepathic - as it was indicated in
Roerichs' teachings; Roerichs' recommendations about use of rhythm for
enhancing of psi-communications were duly followed by Russian psi-
explorers: cf., e.g., on pp. 243-45 of Sh. Ostrander & L. Schroeder's
"Superlearning"; 1979). Here can be noted, that working in USA Japanese
researchers S, & M. Ohno have developed reliable techniques for
conversion of DNA code into "conventional" audible music more than dozen
years ago.
It may be expected, that feeding back, in "torsionic format", "DNA
rhythms" to-this same organism from which this DNA was extracted, might
produce a considerable healing effect; - perhaps, surpassing that of
"conventional" microwave-based variant of Lakhovsky*s MultiWave
Oscillator. (Irradiation of psi-percepient with DNA rhythm of psi-
inductor might greatly increase quality of psi-communication between
them. Systematic use of this approach might help to realize in a near
time - and without too much expenses - idea of "DNA-based natural
Internet", mentioned in A. Michrowski's "Space and Consciousness".)
"Ensouling" of Internet with "fundamental formula of DNA rhythm" (which
might be obtained through application of M. Barnes' "collage technique"
to set of fractal rhythm patterns of individual DNA) might transform
spatially (and - before such ensoulment - energoinformationally)
separated fragments of DNA inside inhabiting Earth living organisms into
a coherent "living non-local crystal"; - possessing optimal structure of
biotensegrity; - and thus well-protected against "biogravity weapons'
attacks".
(Being used in the role of "phased torsionic antenna", such global-scale
"sensitive super crystal" might detect with great precision not only
sources of such attacks, but even messages of ET intelligences - as is
hinted in Roerichs' teachings. Preliminary tests of such techniques were
made by workers of Dr, Sergeyev's group; - who were trying to develop
reliable & efficient methods of ''computer-aided formation of group
minds" of crews of naval & space-ships.) Russian members of RIGDE invite
their colleagues from other countries to take part in this project,
having global importance; - which, like J. Arguelles' Harmonic
Convergence, might truly succeed only in case of global pooling of
spiritual, intellectual & material resources of Defenders of Earth, born
in different nations

Dear members of Global Alert groups!
Greetings from Russia!
I & my colleagues from recently formed Russian Initiative Group For the
Defence of Earth - non-governmental organization, one of whose tasks is
monitoring & prognosis of potentially dangerous trends of technological
& scientific progress - feel it to be our duty to share with you our
deep concern about real possibilty of creation in near future of genetic
weapons of mass extermination; - which will have global reach and could
be used secretly: without production of easily detectable physical
effects. On 6 April 2000 in Strasbourg notorious (but quite popular with
global massmedia) Mr. Zhirinovsky threatened, - in one of his fits of
well-rehearsed rage, reminding those of Hitler, - members of
Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe with "magnetic weapons more
terrible than nuclear".
(It may be relevant to recall here that similar words were used in
speech of the late CPSU Secretary General L. I. Brezhnev of 13 June
1975; - which (especially part about "superweapons") had been then (as,
in Dec. '93, Zhirinovsky's boasting about "secret superweapons")
extensively commented by global massmedia.) The most disturbing fact is
that ravings of Mr. Zhirinovsky, - who is commonly regarded in Russia &
abroad as a "parliamentary clown", - may contain more than a grain of
truth. (Many people in Russia believe that Zhirinovsky performs the role
of "non-conventional" - but highly convenient in actual situation - PR
agent Of a hidden influential power group.)
In No. 2190 of "New Scientist" (12 June '99) - in R. Edwards' article
"Shadow of a doubt" - it was reported about success of an experiment,
whose purpose was distant activation "in vivo" (with the help of
specially generated ultrasound impulse with precisely calculated
structure) of one of most "popular" "death genes": p53. On p. 6 of NS
No. 2172 (see more detailed info in 12 Jan 2002 issue of NS) was
published information about successful tests by US NASA of invented by
Russian Leading Edge researcher E. Podkletnov "revolving supercooled
magnetic disk"; - which, as it is reported, was able to reduce intensity
of local gravity fields, - and thus to generate gravitation waves. Such
waves might be precisely modulated with the help of "nanometer-
definition vacuum diffraction lenses"; - which could be created , using
now sufficiently well-developed technology of sound lasers: "sasers"
(see on pp. 37-40 of NS No. 2179). In this way onto such non-shieldable
(with the help of "conventional" technologies) carrier as gravity waves
there could be "translated" abovementioned "impulse of genetic death".
With the help of modern approaches, - using, e.g., developed by Russian
member of SMN A. Frolov (editor of "New Energy Technologies") formulas
of "4-D resonance of DNA" (see on p. 35 of No. 65 of Review of The
Scientific and Medical Network), - it may be possible to calculate, even
using only medium-power computers, with sufficient for practical use
precision structure of "death impulses" for each gene out of extensive
lists, now freely distributed by dedicated to idea of "free exchange of
scientific information" workers of Human Genome Project (see an article
by J. Sulston in NS No. 2232). It may be expected, that gravity waves of
some specific frequencies, - which penetrate all terrestrial matter with
greater ease than neutrinos, - will be eagerly absorbed by certain
locuses of DNA. Eminent Russian Leading Edge explorer Dr. Gennady A.
Sergeyev, - on data of whose memorandum was based Brezhnev's warning, -
thought that "antienthropic Energy of Life" was extracted by DNA out of
rhythmic (e.g., modulated by gravity waves) fluctuations of ambient
"vacuum turbulence fields".
(Kept at an exact distance from each other, mutually geometrically
complementary threads of DNA function, - according to Dr. Sergeyev's
hypothesis, - as intricately shaped plates of sophisticated "Casimir
Effect device": cf. an article "Quantum Mischief" by E. Samuel in NS No.
2278 & "Energy Unlimited" by H. Bortman in NS No. 2222. Here can be also
drawn parallels with design of recently built by Sandia labs (see on p.
41 of NS No. 2181) "nanoelectromotor". It may be noted that explorations
of Dr. Sergeyev, - which formed part of crash priority program of Soviet
Navy, purported to develop gravity waves' communication system, - were
inspired by proposed already in '30s hypothesis of Russian emigrant
researcher Dr. G. Lakhovsky, personally approved by H. Roerich.) Thus
DNA of all living beings must be naturally receptive to some selected
frequencies of gravity waves (e.g., those correlated with frequencies of
"Earth Hum": see on pp. 30-33 of NS 2203); - even a small distortion of
whose "fine structure patterns" might "throw out of sync" functioning of
complex cellular mechanisms (most fragile of which - as says P. Cohen:
see his "The Force" in NS 2227 - are mechanisms of synchronization of
activities of cellular & mitochondrial DNA).
Here can be drawn parallels with idea of D. Hofstadter - mentioned in
"Goedel, Escher, Bach" - of "gramophone record, which destroys (through
induced in process of playing resonances) its own player"; - and/or a
better known age-hallowed idea of a "last ( and different in height)
step of spiral staircase (outwardly resembling DNA pattern!) of medieval
knights' castle".
According to some consequences of "biogravity theory" of Russian SMN
member Prof. A. Dubrov, living biological organism - and enclosing it
larger "energoinformational organism" of Planet Earth - functions as a
more or less precisely (degree of such precision depends on level of
organism's evolutionary development) arranged System of "biogravity
waveguides"; - absorbing & concentrating energy of "gravity waves" of
biologically significant frequencies at specific locuses of organism's
genome. (This means, that "net energy", irradiated by "magnetic disk of
genetic death", need not be great; - as its target: total volume of
vulnerable genes on entire planet might fit into a pinhead!
This means also, that "conventional" gravimeters might be unable to
detect "subthreshold stochastic fluctuations" of weak gravity waves of
unknown (to 'non-initiated into secret") frequencies. Having this in
mind, Dr. Sergeyev had specially modified for this purpose his
supersensitive "torsionic detector", originally intended as receiver of
gravity waves' messages to submerged submarines.) "Magnetic biogravity
weapon" of aboveoutlined (hypothetic - author of this message wasn't
personally participating in its construction and/or testing, and
presented here material is a result of "theoretical reconstruction")
design could be, evidently, tuned/aimed (with greater or lesser
precision - depending on designers' & workmen's skill) onto specific
sets of DNA resonance frequencies; - unique, as shows genetic research,
to each race (and, perhaps, nation - or even to individual people):
spreading awareness of this fact is an ever more strong driving force of
the campaign against collection by US FBI of vast "DNA samples' banks":
see on pp. 226-31 of Dr. N. Begich's "Earth Rising"; Earthpulse Press,
2000.
Thus, members of RIGDE think that Zhirinovsky's threat provides one more
justification of relevance of warning about imminent danger of creation
of "racially oriented genetic weapons of mass extermination" (whose
principle of action is - as in experiment, mentioned by R. Edwards -
distant tampering with vulnerable "death genes"), which had been widely
broadcasted in Jan. '99 (I've heard this broadcast through Radio
Liberty's Russian Service) by British Association of Scientists (or
perhaps British Society for Social Responsibility of Scientists - this
was unclear in Russian translation). It may be possible, in fact, that
such weapon is already made by, for example, Saddam Hussein:
Zhirinovsky's "old buddy"; - as (not too expensive) materials, necessary
for construction of Podkletnov's disk (most probably, Mr. Podkletnov
himself - who now works in Finland - doesn't even suspect possibility of
such weird use of his brilliant invention) aren't now included into
international checklists of prohibited for export into "outlaw
countries" strategic materials. (Also, it may be even more probable that
such device is already - since, at least, March '95 - secretly working
in USA; - as in Bulletin No. 78 (Jan.-Apr. '97) of Geneva-based
Institute for Planetary Synthesis it's said that some ex-agents of US
CIA & DIA, - now acting as "ET contactees", - claimed that Solar System
has entered in March '97 into so-called "Photon Belt of Pleiades": vast
cosmic area with increased level of turbulence of vacuum energies; -
whose effect on living organisms will be virtually non-distinguishable
from influence of radiations of "magnetic disk of genetic death".
In this connection Russian experts, concerned with problems of
"psychotronic defence" of important government officials, propose to put
Sergeyev's sensor on board of bound for Far Space cosmic vehicles in
order to determine whether "vacuum fluctuation effects" could be
detected also far from Earth.) Highly qualified democratically minded
members of recently formed Russian Initiative Group for the Defence of
Earth, - which may be regarded as Russian counterpart of BSSRS (it
places, however, greater emphasis on more fundamental - as Death of
Earth will automatically entail extermination of Humankind! - aspects of
planetary ecology), - fully realizing extent of "clear and present
danger" for all Earth inhabitants, call for more close & sincere
cooperation between competent & responsible scientists of all advanced
nations; - which is necessary for timely taking of requisite measures of
Global Defence.
(In opinion of majority of RIGDE members, now of greater importance fast
become not such "classical" sources of danger as wars, epidemics &
natural disasters, but "man-made technogenic disasters" - both resulting
from incompetence & deliberate ill will: cf. an article "Black Hole Ate
My Planet" in NS No. 2206 & similar publications in Russian.) We'd be
glad to receive your feedback on presented above material; - which, in
our opinion, might (and must) become a "morphogenetic germ" of a
worldwide discussion on this extremely important & urgent subject.
